No Bake Cheery Cheese Junk Recipe

My mom Sally Jo made this for the family throwing aside her perfectionism and OCD and just throwing this all together to make a cheese cake that tastes great but doesn't require perfection. So here it is hope you and our family enjoy it as much as ours has and still does.

Ingredients:
3 packages of cream cheese
1 tub of cool whip
3 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup powder sugar
1 can cherry pie filling
dime sized crushed honey graham crackers (usually use 6-9 sheets (a little over half of half a package (2 per box) to give an idea) to consistency of your desire.
Or you can use 2 cups of the pre crushed graham cracker crumbs (my new preferred choice now that they have it)

Directions:
In a large bowl blend cream cheese, cool whip, vanilla, and powder sugar until vanilla mix and cool whip are mixed to the consistency that you desire.

this is the consistency I enjoy.

Add Cherry pie filling and mix well with a spoon.

This is how mine looks and how I enjoy it.

Add graham crackers and mix well with spoon too.

This is how mine looks after the crackers are mixed to my liking.
Chill in the refrigerator with saran wrap over it if longer than a couple hours before serving. Stir before serving, and then Enjoy!
Tell me what you think in the comments below!
This is my first attempt at doing a recipe I hope I did OK. Thank you for the support :) My daughter seemed to like it :-)

Free pattern Four bump building block Baby blanket

Finished my baby girls building block blanket :) she loves it!

Row 1: Ch 12 sc in second ch from hook and sc across ch 2 turn. (11 sc)
Row 2: DC in first sc and across ch 1 turn (11 DC)
Row 3: Hdc in first and 2 following DC (3hdc) then cluster stitch (yo put hook in next DC pull through as if DC (3 strands on hook) yo pull through 2 loops (2 loops remain) yo put hook through same DC yo pull through (4 loops on hook) yo pull through 2 loops (3 loops on hook) continue fashion until 6 loops are on the hook then yo and pull through all loops hdc in next 3dc and repeat cluster stitch hdc to end (3 hdc) ch 2 turn.
Row 4: DC across (11dc) (hint: the securing hdc loop is tricky make sure you got 2 threads on the hook when going through the stitch)
Row 5: DC across (11dc) ch 1 turn.
Row 6: repeat row 3 ch 2 turn
Row 7: DC across (11 DC) ch 1
Row 8: sc across (11sc) finish off and tie in ends.

You can repeat this in whatever colors you desire my baby blanket is 12x14 blocks seems like a good size for a baby blanket. And then sew them together or you can do my no sew method found on my other post for the four by two bump blanket on my blog. (That's the method I used)

Thank you for looking at my blog, I hope I explained it well enough for you...let me know in the comments I can improve it...thank you for positive feedback if you enjoyed this pattern I will continue to make no sew block patterns...have a suggestion? Leave me a comment thanks :)
Have a blessed day and happy hooking :)
